How we work
From survey to handover
Transparency on timing and costs, site and workshop updates. Before we start: materials, measures, timing and price in writing.
Survey and quote
On site when needed. Technical analysis, works list and estimated timing. First reply within 48 working hours.
Design and planning
Drawing, materials, work phases and — if needed — support with permits.
Prompts and previews
You receive indicative visuals and schemes. They are not executive: you use them with the professionals you choose.
Delivery and correction
After payment: files delivered. One free correction within 14 days of delivery, if needed.

POL Building & Design is the Pleasures of Life S.r.l. division for project prompts in building, interiors and green spaces. Same group, team in Sicily, documented processes.
Who does it
Design and execution
POL designs prompts and coordinates the path. Execution and permits stay with the professionals and firms you choose — with the lead’s name, when there is one, before we start.
Names of people in the workshop and on site appear here only after their written consent. Today we proceed with POL as the brain and partners job by job.
